She's my rock, not my wall. The one thing I can depend on.

What about yourself R? Can't you depend upon yourself too? If not why do you think that is true? Thank you for your reply. You are using wall to mean something opposite to my intention which is fine. I'm just pointing it out. Whether it's a wall or a promotion or whatever that you are willing to go for and with...what you are willing to relinquish your honor and integrity for...whatever albatross you carry around that is more important than your true self...would it be worth it? Now the love you have for your wife and your trust in her is certainly not an albatross. The wall is the albatross for those to whom it matters most of all..beyond the value of lives. A shoddy seamy silly thing to give up everything for don't you think? Thank you for your reply! :)

I can't rely on myself, I'm far too flawed and insecure. My family was all that caused two suicide attempts to fail, without them I'd not be here.

Sorry I brought it up R. Didn't mean to push you. You must have been in dire straights mentally and I'm sorry you experienced something so awful as wanting to end your life twice. I can't imagine that for myself except well... you know how elderly couples who are in pain and have no quality of life sometimes decide to end it and leave life together? I can imagine that. I hope Jim and I never get there...to a place where all we see is despair ahead. Thank you for your reply and Happy Wednesday.

Guess you never had a bad neighbor on the other side of that fence then did you? I thought not. How about a neighbor who throws garbage into your yard? Over a "good" fence. Does that a "good" neighbor make? Thank you for your reply and Happy Wedesday.
