    He shows up to work at quarter to eleven.  

    He works 2.5 hours per day and he calls TV time executive time.

     Of he is actually a beard, a front. He runs nothing. He decides nothing. He is given his marching orders by Fox news talking heads or Putin. He is just a figurehead. I'm gonna ask. Thank you for your reply Sharon! :)
