He is at once an enabler facilitator instigator. Everything he does is toward that end because you see he is secretly very devout and wants to go home to Jesus and God. He expects to be on the cover of HEAVEN magazine for all his wondrous achievements on earth. He expects GOD to award him the Heavenly equivalent of the Nobel Peace Prize, the Pulitzer Prize, an Academy Award, an Emmy, a Tony and acknowledgement that of all the people who ever lived the "boss" is the greatest the bestest the mostest. See once again he does it entirely for self-aggradizement. Even in death he will continue to be exactly what he is/was in life.
