He has ZERO foresight and cannot understand why what he wants to do and does BACKFIRES on him. He does not understand cause and effect. He lives in the moment for the moment and doesn't have the ability to foresee or imagine what the POTENTIAL consequences could be of his actions or inactions. And so he will continue screwing up bigly.
