Is it true that Canada and United states are the best countries for immigrants ?

immigrants can take the status of 'refugees' and get their citizenship and live and work here.....
beside these countries, they are not many that does that.

    yes true, and canada really have a low number of population.. only around 36 millions people .. and we have huge virgin lands

    most of the population lives next to the usa-canada border tho.
