    TOUCHE! I need to amend that Nanoose. SELF-MADE BILLIONAIRES who started off poor would not be excluded. Only those born to wealth who never missed a meal or never worried about paying bills would be EXCLUDED FOR LIFE! They have no clue what the rest of us go through! Excellent catch m'dear. I sit corrected. I expect there are other billionaires out there like Oprah who know what it's like to be poor. They are welcome to run for office. Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! :)

    It's doubtful that 38 states would ratify it, and it's discriminatory. It would be no different from banning people based on race, ethnicity, or religion, and THAT'S unconstitutional. Careful what you wish for, Rosie!
