How much more money would you need to be completely happy?

Completely happy with your finances, that is.  They say most people believe just 10% more than they have is all they need.

  • I suppose I'd be happy to claim to be a pennyaire after bills.

My income is already OK. If someone wants to pay off my mortgage and school loans I would be thrilled.

Money is rarely the soloution to happyness....having to much is far worse the not quite having to much for some.....
If you're filthy rich your problems are trying to keep your stash out of other people's hands....your swanky friends might sust be there for a free ride also....Who can you trust when you are wealthy.....:(

None. In fact, I've been eyeballing the idea of downsizing to give myself more breathing room.

I actually have more money than I need. That is more about being happy with less than about having a lot of money.

I don't think it is money that causes us to be "completely happy".  More what we do with what we have.  But it helps.  Really my husband and I have enough we have no worries unless we live forever.  We work because we are accustomed to doing so and because we like to.

We are comfortable and happy now.  Money does not make Happiness, your mindset does.  Learned that years ago as a Pup.
