Does your mind/brain wake up when you do or does it "sleep in" for awhile hitting the snooze button? Why?

    I never have literally L. I think it gives you another ten minutes and then the alarm rings again. I also usually wake up completely including my brain right away. Unless of course I had a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. Then I'm a little fuzzy and frazzled until I've had my coffee. Thank you for your reply! :)
