I'm guessing it would be like constructive criticism. The goal is not to attack or tear down but to bring someone's attention to something and perhaps make suggestions. So we exchange opinions that differ. No need to do it with knives or swords or guns (figuratively speaking). We leave the weapons of mass destruction at home or in the car and come empty handed bearing only views. Could it work?
