How many of you used to be on Facebook but fled after all the very bad publicity about how Zuck gave access to HORRIBLE people?

Seems FB was and is INFESTED with schemers and dupers and cons and scammers who fill the pages with LIES just to demoralize. Sad thing is much of it comes from those who hate us and wish to destroy us. So how is it possible that you can still stay and play and think it's all okay? Aren't you disgusted enough to leave? What would it take for you to give it up entirely?

I don't do Facebook or any of type of sites....Why people nowadays post their life stories on line for every one to mull over is beyond me....
None are secure and you leave yourself open to all sorts of scams ....
My parents wisked up all us kids to those sort of things....
Why on earth does anyone expose their lives to all and sundry is beyond me.... It's there for every one to see including the police and every government department ,including the criminals that work for them as well...
You think your passwords on your computer are safe.......none are not.....The internet providers and authorities have excess to every letter and number you type in and send.....:(

I'm not a JOINER. Certainly not of something to which 1.5 BILLION people are addicted. Not my cuppa tea in any way. When it first kicked in however long ago we were invited to join several times by different folks who thought it was so nifty. We ignored the invites. There is something addictive about it apparently and once they hook you they own you! Same as those who are hooked on tweeting who carry their phones with them 24/7 and check in obsessively minutely or secondly to see if anyone wants to talk to them about anything. I guess they are wired differently from thee and me D. That's the last place I'd wanna be. That would be like going to a concert with 1.5 billion people in one place unable to escape once they closed the doors. Scary as he**.  From outside looking in there is nothing attractive about it. I mean we have emails and internet social sites like Answermug and telephones. It's not like you are isolated from life and other human beings by not showing up. Thank you for your re reply! :)
