Follow the leader. How do you know whom that is? Just because someone sez so? Or because you recognize something very special in her/him?

That is true for the you of the now Sharon! What about all the years before you changed? In grammar school. In high school. Weren't there leaders among those kids whom you admired and aspired to be like? What about any mentors you might have had in school who recognized something special in you? What about any of the supervisors you had at any of the jobs you had? Did not of them stand enough that you would happily walk the extra mile for him or her? What about members in your family or friends. Were none of them leader material? All you are is made of all the yous you ever were. What about them? Have you forgotten about them?
