  • Hah!  I never did that myself, but I did put a marble in my nose and had to go to the hospital to get it out. I was 7

Don't worry. The gum companies add fresh flavoring back in when they re-cycle it.

(Collecting and selling that gum back to the gum companies is a major source of income for all those little hole-in-the-wall diners out there.)

  • lol

Another use for it is could be wait until it's dry, scrape it off, grind to a powder, and use it to thicken gravy

  • lol! I know I'm not the only one and neither is he. My best friend thought he could get one out of his nose so he did the same thing a week latter.   It's a guy thing

  • I used to tape a $5 bill under a table or two.  At the end of the day I would ask the severs if they cleaned all their tables.  They always said yes.  Then I would walk over, tilt the table and grab the five telling them it could have been theirs if they had done their job properly the first time.

  • Hah! that's funny, dude.

    I like your thinking.

I  did a variation of that.  I suspected that the maintenance crew wasn't ding their job in cleaning the offices. I put a piece of paper on the floor behind the door to see if it was vacuumed up.

  • You know it happens. You know what's worse than reaching uner and feeling gum? Finding out it isn't gum

  • I agree.  The lighter the gum, the less taste. I choose the orange

There is no flavor.  That is why it is under there.

  • Hah! If you think about it, restaurants never wash the underside of the tables

  • Maybe...Sometimes dinner comes before the flavor goes

That's it... I'll drop even the most fancy restaurant from now on... Thanks to you... Lol.

Lucky enough I'm not that prudish and as I'm not touching the underside of the tables, and washing my hands before dining... It should be fine...

No ha,ha I hope you don't eat other peoples gum? My son when he was 1 picked up a piece of gum on the grocery floor with black foot prints and hair on it. He quickly put it in his mouth and swallowed it. I thought for sure he was going to die. But no, he didn't even get sick ha,ha. Gross though...
