do you prefer one handed weapons or those clunky two handed weapons

I have a lightsaber replica in my basement. I spent about $300 on it lol. So it gets two hands bae bee. 

Depends on what I am trying to kill and where, that determines weapon of choice. 

I prefer to reach out and touch someone - say over 800 meters.  A decent M24 accomplishes that goal manifestly.  Interactions under 800 meters I have won all with a variety of weapons.  Now why would I need a weapon when I can avoid the encounter?
