If by whatever means it turned out that you were the last person left alive on the planet earth how would you ever know?

There are zillions of tiny islands spread all over the earth and hard-to-reach places. Anyway you can be alone in crowds.

    "TIME ENOUGH AT LAST". An episode of The TWILIGHT Zone. Posited that there was a catacysmic occurrence that wiped out all life on earth. Except for one man who was deep in the bowel of the earth in a vault reading. It was the only place to which he could escape and read. So that is one example. There are others. The implication is the reason I am asking HOW Sharon. Otherwise why would I?

    No E. It isn't. That is knowledge I give out as the Question Asker but knowledge you could have no way of knowing. It is not LOGICALLY  possible for you to know that. You would be unaware of every crook and nanny around the globe. Or caves. It is a device the author(c'est moi) provides as a premise and in order for you to respond appropriately you would have to accept the premise exactly as written and you haven't. You are second-guessing me and that is not gonna cut it. But if you'd rather respond without answering my question I shall "let it be". Thank you and I bid you adieu! :)
