It's certainly not going to deter our fearless leader, unfortunately. He thrives on controversy and his business life has been one lawsuit after another. I'm not sure he would know how to operate in smooth "seas".
It's their right to challenge him, so it will be interesting to see what happens. Trump hopes it goes all the way to the Supreme Court so his buds there will rule in his favor, I'm sure.
