My ex Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur. She has done many good things for all of her constituents. She has been in Congress for 36 years...a record for women. She is my ex because she relenquished the more affluent part of Toledo to Republican Bob Latta. The dividing line is three blocks from me.
That's great E! Not that she is an ex but that once upon time she represented you and is still in there fighting the good fight! Our local Congressman is Democrat Dr. Raul Ruiz who seems to be a very good guy. He keeps us apprised of what he is doing in D.C. and when in town has town meetings so he can listen to we the people in person. So far so good. Before him it was Republican Mary Bono...Sonny's widow. No comment on her performance. So at least there's two of them and maybe hopefully others here and there.
