That is your don waxing poetically romantic about North Korea's Kim. Sez they don't have to denuclearize so fast. Just don't do any testing. Notice he has backtracked? Next time he'll say they don't have to denuclearize at all. They have a right to be a nuclear threat for the safety and security of their country. Wanna bet?

    He is NUTS.  He is braying and boasting and bragging about something that no one but HE cares about.


    He doesn't care.  We are all supposed to fall in line and pretend what he is pretending.  The world knows how to get him to do anything.  Just write him a nice letter lying about how powerful and great he is.
