RICO* is what the trump crime family is facing in New York. State crimes are not within the power of a prez to pardon. Poor don et famille?

Racketeering
Influenced
Corrupt
Organization Act

That is for the trump organization.

In addition SDNY (southern district of new york) also has on its plate multiple investigations regarding the following

Fundraising practices
Inaugural committee monies taken in (sources too) and spent
Charitable foundation violations
Money-laundering vis a vis Deutsche Bank

So if Mueller's report leaves any wiggle room the SDNY reports won't. Family in jeopardy put there by the don. So is the chief financial officer of the trump organization. Will he go to jail? I dunno. Did he cooperate fully?

Maybe don did not collude. But he did everything else and then some. Some shining example of what you can be if you just try hard enough and have foreign meddlers hack into the records of others...float false scenarios...set up fake accounts. Enlist gullibles to help you do wrong. All of that and more is why little don is prez. You too can be prez.

Partisanship has no state boundaries.  What is President Trump's "crime" anyway?  His "crime" is that he won the 2016 election!  Greatly embarrassing the liberal/Democratic establishment who went to great lengths, both legally and illegally, to insure a Democratic victory.  He will never be forgiven. So to save face and dignity and keep themselves in office Democrats have felt obliged to advance all manner of excuses for having the lost the race which had become for many of them a full-time occupation.  Never before in the history of this country has there been such an outpouring or hatred and vindictiveness toward a president!  Now if he had not been elected does anyone really think we would be seeing any of these fanciful and "trumped-up" charges and "investigations" and litigations?   Of course not.  The whole point being to whip the voters into shape by fear - mess with us and this is what we will do to you!  Nice tactics.  No deviation at all allowed. This is what we are facing in this country and whatever else we may think about Donald Trump he has shown he has the guts to stand up against it.

We'll see how "trumped up" these charges are with the Mueller investigation report and the actions the SDNY takes.  This has nothing to do with the Dems losing the race and everything to do with the election of a lying, treasonous, racist, misogynist, cheating, bullying man who was elected president.

But there is right there -  You don't like someone they automatically become all those things!   If the Dems had not lost Trump would not have been charged with anything other than what he is already involved in with his business dealings.  I looked it up a while back and he has been involved with something like 156 litigations! Or was it 256?  Goodness I have not even had one.  The IRS investigating us was not a lawsuit. Because I don't play such a big game.  Nor would I choose to.  Because that is not me.  I'm sure he can handle himself.  You play that big a game you have to learn to.

No, I don't like him BECAUSE he is all of those things.  He is a New Yorker the same as I am, so I know what he's all about.  I just never expected that this country would elect such a scummy, slimy piece of garbage as president.  You're right, his treason regarding the Russian government would likely never have come to the public's attention, but he put himself in the public's eye and conducted himself in a fashion that brought upon himself and his family the kind of attention that generated all these investigations.  What you can pull off as a private citizen and what you can pull off as the president of the U.S. are two different things.
