I remember knowing as a child that the way to capture attention was to do the extraordinary or bizarre.  I am a master of observing people's behavior, so this was not a stretch for me at all.  Even as a child.  Now it is second nature.  I just naturally know what to do to get people to pay attention to me.  Now of course, I do not only do this to command attention.   I just do it because it seems natural.  I paint that way.  I decorate that way.  I even cook that way.

It is a very handy skill.  And I do this no matter what I do.  I think outside the box in my work, my home, my dress and my whole life.

By thinking outside the box, I found the jewel.  And guess what?   He was not inside the box.
