WHAT IF Little don declares war on North Korea? Congress REFUSES to declare/sanction it. Does the military go to war anyway on don's say?

Eventually don will see and READ the handwriting on the wall. How Kim has toyed with him and made him play the fool. When he finally understands that the world has just been watching to see h w he would react when the sh** hits the fan his humiliation should be out of control. A wounded animal is a very very very dangerous animal. What is the WORST CASE scenario that is possible under those specific circumstances?

    I HOPE WE GO TO IMPEACHMENT AND A FORCED RESIGNATION.  

    Pence will be voted out of office and he would NOT DARE try Trump's shennannagans after that forced resignation.    He is basically a coward and a DUPE.

    If Pence knows what's good for him and his family he would RESIGN NOW. But he is also quite stupid dumb so he'll hang in hang on and hang himself in the process. Thank you for your reply and the graphic Sharon! :)

    The President can't declare war ... only Congress can.
    However, the last time the US was in an officially declared war was WW2.

    Korea - not officially declared.  And we still have thousands of troops on a "war footing" there.
    VietNam - not officially declared.
    First Gulf War - not officially declared.
    Second Gulf War - not officially declared.
    Afghanistan - not officially declared.

    Well, you get the idea.
    So yeah, the President can send our military anywhere he wants, as Commander in Chief.

    Worst case scenario is restarting the fighting on the Korean Peninsula.
    Russia and China would get involved.
    North Korea would use nukes.  Likely targets would be South Korea and Japan.
    Once nukes start flying, everybody gets involved.  Pakistan and India let fly at each other.  Israel nukes Tehran.  The MidEast explodes in war.

    I get the idea Walt. Why do you think I asked the question? So now when Kim starts retesting how will little donny dingbat react? He will take it personally. Will he take the military to war? Will he order nuclear missiles to be directed at North Korea? What happens to South Korea? If the military truly does adore and support this dingbat they will happily go off and drop bombs to please him. What's to stop him and whom can we TRUST to do the right thing? So everyday I wake up wonder if the stupid dumb donny dingbat has taken our country to a nuclear war.  SIGH. One day maybe? Sheesh. Thank you for your reply! :)
