That could be lunch I left that stuff in the fridge at work.  Even the almonds.

I just shoved a bunch of greens and fruit in a blender and called it a meal.

    That sandwich DOES.  I agree.

Your choice sounds much more sane.

Avoid the trouble and time of chewing.  Pick a day and make a weeks worth of smoothies filled with various nutritional elements in them to start your day.
Freeze in glass mason jars with lids for the week.  Every night before going to bed, pull one out.
If you've already had one, you probably still have the makings of them in your fridge.
    Try this:
2/3 cup Plain Greek Probiotic Yogurt
    1 ripe banana
    2/3 cup frozen blueberries
A few strawberries ... You can get both of these already frozen for you in your grocery store)
    1 CUP SPINNICH LEAVES
1/2 cup milk of your choice (dairy, soy, almond)
    2 teaspoons protein powder
1 tablespoon REAL honey (or to taste)

Blend, drink and enjoy a happy, healthy, little get-up-and-go snack.

The key to all good smoothies is making and taking the time to buy a really good blender.  I suggest the Ninja.  My blending and smoothie life has had a HUGE facelift since I allowed myself to take the money and buy it.  Try Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
Good Luck and I hope this helps!
    Love, Merlin

  • That depends what you have at your house?  If you have eggs, make yourself an omelette.
