I don't think power corrupts. It just brings out what people really are and always were. Do YOU think power corrupts?

Power over other people. How it is used. How it could be used. It is a very useful weapon and a very useful means of doing good. Which way the powerful person chooses to use it determines who that person always was. You can't blame power for anything.  It is not accountable or responsible for anything. The person wielding it on the other hand bears complete debit or credit according to how it is used and whom it benefits. Agree or dis?

    I think it brings out bad.  I don't know if it is IN the person.  I think the person learns bad behavior and the less rooted they are in a foundation of faith and integrity, the more apt he is to fall by the wayside.

    But I think there is a point where we all are vulnerable.  Some have a much lower breaking point and some have no breaking point at all and go voluntarily to the depths of the lowest rungs on the ladder of hell.

    Like Sara Hucikabee. Why would anyone choose the role of PROFESSIONAL LIAR FOR A CRIMINAL just because there was an offer for her to do so.

    ??????  Hi Sara.  Do you want to sell your soul for a few years of power that makes you look like a lying, fat, dowdy old hag trying to piss off everyone just because you haven't had a bowel movement in a few days?  

    That's what you look like Sara, no matter what you tell yourself.  Have fun.  It gets worse when your history gets written up for all to see forever.

    She was always corrupt Sharon. Always a liar. She just needed permission to show that side of herself. In my opinion.  All the toady sycophants surrounding liddle donny dingbat are accomplished liars. He wouldn't have hired them otherwise. Thank you for your thoughtful reply. Ya know I think Sara would be a more suitable wife for liddle donny d than Melania. Daughter age sour puss lies easily and is very supercilious and condescending and full of herself!
