    What does having the shelf-life of a rock have to do with health?  I think health is improved by doing the exact opposite.  Health is obtained by eating live food.  Live food is perishable and has a tentative life span.  It is how we thrive. Not on cancer-causing garbage that we have no business eating at all.

    I see you are taking this LITERALLY Sharon. Some things are not meant to be taken literally.
