Donald J. Trump is all about appearance. If he releases his tax returns and you see what he is really worth you might not like him as much. Right?

You would also see the contributions he makes versus what he tells you and the taxes he gets out of paying though he has been honest about that at least. He says he pays as little as possible! Like all patriotic Americans! Stiff the country's best interests. All for him and him for none. Typical. :(

LIKE him?   You are kidding, right?

If his returns were squeaky clean, I would still loathe him like no other.

If he cared about how he appeared, he wouldn't behave in the childish manner he does like making hand/body gestures like he's mentally ill, yelling out like a madman or contoring his face in childish expressions. And as far as knowing what up he's worth, we already do and it has nothing to do with his tax returns.

Well here's what I meant ozgirl. I think I didn't make myself clear.  He says he is worth $10 billion give or take a billion. What if he is only worth $3 billion or $300 million?  It makes no difference to me either but I just wondered if his lying about how much money he has would make a difference to others. I'm with you. Gosh I wish everyone were with you too. Don't you? Thank you for your reply ozgirl! :)

Ya know what bh? I'd LOVE to be able to say that and mean. Wouldn't you?  Thank you for your question. I suppose that to some multi-billionaires a few hundred million is a drop in the bucket. I wonder what that would feel like? I wonder how different a person I would if I were a billionaire? What about you?

Touche PC. When you're right you're right! Thank you for your reply. I just wonder if releasing tax returns that showed he never made any contributions to any charities or paid any taxes and is worth a zillion times less than he says he is would cause any of his supporters to dump him?. I'm thinking probably nothing would matter.:(

I would not release my tax returns if I were running. It is just a witch hunt, nothing good could come of it.

People will look for something to complain about,
He does make as much as he says
His effective tax rate is too low
He did not donate enough to charity, etc

    Nope I wouldn't do it.

Well  emotionally I think you're right. But it is intellectually dishonest to refuse to release tax returns in my opinion m2c. I KNOW it is not a requirement. But it's the way it has been done for decades and to simply ignore it as if he is above it or special irritates me. There is nothing special about him. There are other billionaires you know. There are other successful businessmen. Where does he get off opting out? Seriously? How and why does he deserve special treatment just because he is stonewalling it and afraid to let people know his truth? Anyway you know how I feel and I know how you feel so we move on! Thank you for your reply m2c! :)
