    HAAA Haaaaaaaaa!

I'm laughing because that is exactly what people ask of me.  NOT TO DISCUSS TRUMP.  Otherwise, I can be very open-minded and objective.  Just do not bring up that pig and expect me to honor your love of him.  I cannot

I did not speak to my BEST friend for six months because she supports him STILL.  I don't know what she thinks currently, because when we made up, she made me promise to not ever bring up the subject.   What I said to her was so horrible, that if she said that to me, I would never forgive her.  But?  Here is the thing.  She would never NEED to say that to me.  I am a person with a MIND.  THAT THINKS.

Well Sharon you know my feelings on that subject. How you can stand to be in the company of a trumpican I do not fathom.  I'm not made of "the right stuff" apparently to overlook it and find value in what's left. I have no interest in it. Kudos to you for being a bigger person than I am. Thank you for your reply! :)

    Funny story.

After my 30-year high school reunion, I was getting all these "friend" invites on Facebook ... from classmates I hadn't even hung around when we were in high school.  (I was the loner nerd type)

So I said "what the heck" and accepted them.

Within a month, half had "unfriended" me because of my views.
Not just political or religious, either.
I had 5 "unfriend" me because one of them said there wasn't any bullying when we went to school - and I called bullshit and told them I had been bullied, and was aware of a couple kids who got bullied and beat up because people thought they were gay.  (They weren't)

    - -

    Basically, I don't care.
I may debate politics or religion with someone constantly - but I'm not going to avoid them just because of their views.
Well - unless they're some radicalized nut.

I am probably the most impatient person I know Walt. I have no patience at any level for any trumpican. They are in the grips of the most evil person I have ever had the misfortune to "know". They adore him. Which doesn't say much for them. It does not serve them well in my eyes. It is a big enough evil that I cannot get past it to find whatever else is there. So I don't. It's like adoring Hitler and what he "accomplished" more than life itself but "otherwise" the person is swell as he**! It doesn't compute for me personally. That dealbreaker, being a trumpican, is so huge it wipes out everything else. Thank you for your reply! You have a stronger stomach than I do as well! :) You must else you could not possibly tolerate them. This post was edited by RosieG at March 19, 2019 3:38 AM MDT
