    Depends on what "the action" is.

    I stay away from sports action.

    I enjoy watching/listening to police/fire action.

    I will get in the midst of political action (surprise).

     The only thing some ever bring to the table is criticism of others. Otherwise they are MIA. Thank you for your reply Walt!  :)So you have no sports heroes then? Currently it is ROGER FEDERE for Jim and me who will be 38 on his next birthday and will one day leave the stage. He has been magnificen!. We will miss him. Back in the day when my kid was a teen I got all involved in basketball. He and his friends were for the Lakers. I was a Celtics fan.  SIGH. Those were the days.
