    Sometimes ... I'll be driving to/from work, put my brain on "autopilot", and have no recollection of the drive.

    Sometimes ... I'll just let my brain wander.  A lot of time, I know I come up with good ideas during those wanderings - but I can never remember what they are, after I have to reign in the wandering.  LOL
