Would you assert your right to not self-incriminate and "take the 5th"? What is your opinion of those who do so?

Do you ADMIRE them for their courage and brave stance or do you think they are guilty as he** and afraid to tell the truth? I think taking the fifth is an admission of guilt. A way to lie by omission. Stonewalling. What do YOU think and why?
