T'is peculiar. A mystery. A puzzlement. A thought experiment. Of what do I speak?

After 22 months of intensive investigation here is what we got from Robert Mueller. Half-a**ed. Why do I say that? Well here's why.

He could have come to no conclusions and just presented the facts. He did not do that.

He concluded there was no collusion. He did not conclude anything about obstruction of justice. He presented all the facts and left it up to William Barr, the Attorney General to conclude that. The concluding engaged in by Barr surprised no one. He was appointed by Don don to "be his Roy Cohen" and Roy Cohen concluded there was not enough evidence to prove obstruction of justice so he concluded it did not happen.

Halfa**ed report with a predictable outcome.

The question is WHY Mueller stopped short there? He was ostensibly a very thorough experienced intelligent capable LEADER and drew many conclusions in his prior jobs. Investigating and concluding goes hand-in-hand. But it wasn't a relay race. He wasn't supposed to hand off the baton to Barr to conclude anything. Of course whatever Mueller concluded could be overridden by Barr and undoubtedly would have been. But at least Mueller's conclusion would have been part of the record. We don't have that. He blinked. Why would he do that if he really is the honorable person he has been purported to be? Was the decision too hard to make? Was it too dangerous. It is a puzzlement of bigly proportion and it causes me to wonder WHY he did that? Do you wonder too? Any clue?
