No would not laugh at people just because they are different.  And most people when they try to be funny pretty much fall flat - nothing funny at all. Great comics provide the best comedy as often do some people just in the act of being themselves.  Funny but sad as well.  Do you remember that old radio and TV show Candid Camera?  People "caught in the act of being themselves".

Of course you don't laugh at funny odd. I'm asking if you enjoy TWO kinds of funny. One that is humorous and one that isn't. I think you misunderstood my question. Thank you for your reply.

I like most kinds of funny (especially improv).  However, I find certain types of comedic material to be unfunny.  I don't find irreverent, vulgar, offensive,  or sexualy explicit humor of any kind to be funny - no matter what form it comes in.

What about the funny odd? The funny that isn't remotely humorous? Can you appreciate that kind of funny as well? I'm with you on the funny humerous. I never like Don Rickles who was funny insulting. I never liked those comics who indulged in BLUE gutter toilet sexual humor. I thought it was gross they were gross and never understood folks who actually enjoyed that crap! Different strokes for different blokes! Thank you for your reply Shuhak!  :)

That depends on your definition of "odd".
Don't boo me now, but I never really liked Lucy.  Some of her stuff was OK (like the candy belt), but I never really cared for her.  Maybe the humor was over my head at tae time.  However, I loved Tim Conway.

Trump is funny odd. Oddball. Has zero to do with humor or comedians or comediennes or humor Shuhak. Ever taste a food that was "off". It tasted funny. Ever see a car all dented with spots of rot? It looked funny. Not humor funny. Oddball funny. Ugly funny. Neglected funny. Ever listen to atonal music which always is harsh sounding and dissonant? Did you like it or did it sound funny unpleasant oddball weird? If you didn't like Lucy that's fine with me. I loved her. I thought she was HILARIOUS. As for the humor being over your head you know better than that. Her humor was never based on intellect or subtlety. It was always exactly the opposite! In your face!  No apologies! I liked Tim and he used to crack up Carol Burnett repeatedly. She was very funny as well. Humor comes in all colors and flavors and textures and nutritional value. What appeals to me or appeals to you is just what we can relate to on some level. What resonates with us. Nothing more or less than that. In my opinion. Thank you for your reply Shuhak! :)
