Do you notice when someone is high in a public place ?

Yesterday i saw a guy in the metro, eyes all small and red, and a big smile on his face. He had difficulty standing on his 2 feet.

    Not really. Since they legalized pot in this state I smell it a lot most everywhere but I don't bother to look.

    Yes and no. You caught an obvious one. You caught someone who wasn't a "functioning addict." The functioning ones are different. They don't give off all the same signs and you can't always tell when they're high or on something. So, sure... I can recognize odd behaviors and physical signs, but I'm not going to recognize it every time.
