Do you believe in those who don't believe in you? Don't you think GOD can do that too?
Do you really think GOD would choose to rapture an evildoer who believes in HIM and reject an Atheist whose entire life was spent doing good works for others? What kind of GOD is that who would choose evil over good to satisfy HIS EGO?
Evil people will die the second death. (Soul death) People who are not evil may make it through the Millennium. If they can obey and worship God. (There will be no atheists then Jesus will have return and be ruling the earth)
Man has unfailingly fashioned his God(s) to suit the ideals and desires of those who perpetuate it/them. Gods have always resembled their creators.
If, IF there were a God, I find it unlikely He would have such an uneasy vanity as to be offended by those who doubt His existence.

I agree with thee DB. Such a vain superficial egotistical jealous creature could not possibly be a GOD in my opinion. That is what dingdongDondon is. VAIN. His peeps think he IS A GOD apparently. They settle for so very little.With regard to your first sentence different strokes. Whatever floats your boat and rings your chimes is fine with me. I have no dog in YOUR fight. God will accept anyone who truly turns to Him and obeys Him... in this life. However, at the day of judgement God will reject EVERYONE who's not clothed in His Son.
"“Not everyone who calls out to me (Jesus), ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you workers of iniquity ’"
Good works alone will NOT be enough to save a person in the end. One must have both faith (in Jesus ) and works!
