Or how long before his beautiful new plan (that he PROMISES will be much better and much cheaper) will be up and running and serving the people? Does he already have that plan in hand? If not at what stage is its development? We know Republicans had 7 years to come up with a "better cheaper" and could't do it. He is in his third year as "prez" and for the first two years with a STACKED DECK majority in the House and the Senate he did diddly. So now with a HOUSE majority that he cannot intimidate he really thinks he is gonna get some glorious awesome insurance plan activated? Do YOU?
