Are you an observer or a doer? If you see something is wrong do you report it or try to fix it? Why?

If I did that I would have no time to work and earn a living, no time for mu husband, no time for my charities and committees, no time even for sleep and being on AM.  I do what I can in what few areas I have any influence which is sometimes successful, often not.
