He can't do that. All he can do is give his report to the entity that hired him. That was R. R was responsible for getting it to B (the AG). By law, B must provide C a summary. Everything they get will be redacted because this is information that could go to a grand jury, thus, for no one's eyes. That is the law under which the Mueller investigation was created. People keep trying to say what Ken Starr did.....Starr's investigation was created under a different statute. Different rules.
This is glorious. But... what would they DO if he just decided to read the report out loud on TV? What would they do, I wonder, besides die of shock. Mueller would NOT do it. I know. Thank you for the very astute and accurate account of what actually does transpire, Thrift.
