The problem with arguing this point is that Trump’s business history is so sketchy or suppressed by NDA’s, and what information is available is filtered through a famously unreliable source: Trump, himself.
I look to what happened in Atlantic City. The Trump Taj Majal. The Plaza Hotel. The New Jersey Generals. Trump University. Two dozen accusations of sexual misconduct dating back decades. Now 26 months of historically dysfunctional Presidency. A litany of self-made failures, glaring indictments of poor character and incompetence.
What the bloviating buffoon brought to business, he brings unvarnished to the WH. Result: repeated failure, boorish behavior and moral bankruptcy all around. Deficit up another couple trillion; should we call that bankruptcy also?
