First of all that is patently ridiculous.  I would be horrified if they received a punishment like that.  Come on.  They should be jailed for a good year.   BUT?.....

THEY MIGHT spend two weeks if that, and get out in two days for good behavior-- and of course it will be house arrest.  I mean how dangerous would it be for an entitled filthy rich  celeb to be imprisoned with poor REAL CRIMINALS.

    The horror.

Then again, Martha Stewart survived.  And she is FLOURISHING.  OF COURSE. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at April 5, 2019 4:11 AM MDT

Just passing along what I read Sharon. However I would not be horrified at all. They COMMITTED CRIMES! No one physically died. BUT futures of some who were pushed aside to make room for the incompetent inept children of the wealthy may have been killed off. We don't know and never will know what the impact of it was. What is a future worth? What should the punishment be for one who negatively impacts FOR LIFE someone's future? Now these are white rich "important" women. SO WHAT? They did the crime and they should do the time. I say throw the dam* book at them. White collar crime is not sublime or fine or divine. It sucks big time. Thank you for your reply! :)

  • Life without parole would be a good start. They'll get a slap on the wrist from some mealy mouthed liberal judge with a limp noodle for a spine. Where there is no reason or sanity, there is no justice. Another case of probation, "Community Service" and a crash course in book writing for fun and profit.
