i miss ep,i can't find a site like ep,so i joined on this,go easy on me people :-p
I joined here just before EP closed down.. but I didn't become very active on here until EP had actually gone.

I registered on there but I've never used the site.. or even looked at it.. I registered and that was it... I didn't bother to try it out.. because so many bad things have been said about that site and it doesn't sound like the type of site for me... plus I was happy here.:)
I've heard they are charging 5 dollars or if its a UK based site then 5 pound to join. That's very cheap and well worth it if you think you will like it there. As for any other costs.. I don't know. :)
