Bank Fraud. Defrauding the IRS. Your typical Boy Scout would have nothing to do with that. Your typical corrupt liar obscenely wealthy psychopath would avail himself of doing that.

    Again, you do not pay income tax on your assets. That is a state/local issue and they decide what an asset is worth not the taxpayer.
