Pudding you on???  Bah, pistachio!  I hate pudding - flan and simple!.  To me it tastes like old junket!  Did you know that once, when I was very young, I actually custard out my mom for serving it?  Lemon tell you, she was not haupia about it.  We got into quite a scrapple!  Rest ashure I never did it again.
