Totally calm.  I am at my best in an emergency.  Then I faint afterwards.

When it comes to medical stuff I am totally hopeless. In theory I have been trained and an the designated first aider in the evening.. but seriously, I am rubbish at it.. not a clue.. in the last two cases I was involved in.. a student helped me, ( to be fair she worked in medical related job) and the one before that the security officer dealt with it

    It depends..

If there's blood ... no (faints)
If there's broken skin of any kind ... no (faints)
However, I am trained in the art of applying a band-aid (a small band-aid)
And I know CPR - Cringe, Panic, and Run

    (I'm horrid in emergency situations)

I have kids...you have to be good. Everything from a third degree burn to a slashed open hand. One learns from experience. (Navy training helped, too.)
