If every company in the US fired every employee who disagreed with them, unemployment would be enormous; and what employment was left would be heavily lopsided. Dingdon wants his way, and he'll do anything to get it - legal or not. He despises being told "no". Those who dare to tell him 'no' or disagree with him, are "replaced". Worse, he's reaching beyond his "employees" and is trying to do the same thing with ordinary people. Refugees, minorities, non-whites, women ... if they're not serving (bowing down to) him, he wants them gone! Is his next step extermination? Genocide? Dictator Don is already siding with other dictators around the world. He says he likes the way they roll (they're his idols).
I have no doubt that he will continue to push because so far all he gets from his toady sycophants and cheering peeps is cheers. No matter what evil he causes or what misery and disgusting thing he does or says his peeper cheer him on and support him and admire and worship him til death they do part.
