An Answermug friend provided a graph of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Everything there is positive. Where is the graph covering negative?

Obviously humans need hate and fear and war and murder and rape and torture and sabotage and lying and treason and being traitors or they would not exist. They do exist and are becoming existier worldwide. More hate crimes more haters more and more and more and more etcetera and so forth. Why didn't Maslow acknowledge that and graph that I wonder? Any ideas?
