Why is it that a teenager can get an abortion but they need a parent's approval for a tattoo?

I know, it is nonsense.
Just like if I murder a pregnant woman, I get charged with a double homicide but that mother can go pay an abortionist to kill the baby and it legal.....
Nothing in the pro-choice logic makes sense.
