What does your family usually have for Easter dinner?

I’ve never liked ham and neither did my sister. But we had to have it every freakin Easter. Not sure why. 

I loved it.  We had amazing ones.  As you know, I never eat meat now.  But I remember how much I loved ham sandwiches.  We had hams that had meat that was almost sweet.  Very tender and juicy.  That is a great ham if you are doing ham at all.

But my ham days are over.  I love pigs too much to eat them and slaughter them and die of cancer from eating them.

My family cooked it in a crook pot with mustard or  pineapples. So gross.

If you were really THIS depressed?  You would be dead by now.  I think you are too comfortable in this role.

Even when you were a kid you didn’t have a family tradition Easter dinner, Zack?

As a child, it was like Xmas. I'd go to bed and then wake in the morning with an Easter Basket waiting for me. There was never a dinner. Family dinners were reserved for Thanksgiving, Xmas and someone else's funeral.

I see, I guess every family’s different. 

None of my family do funerals anymore. They do ‘celebrations of life’ it’s a big party where everybody gets drunk and tells stories about the person who had passed. I like that much more than funerals. 

That's the way I'd want to celebrate it, but I know me and my family. It'll be impossible to be sad and happy at the same time. It's either one or the other.

Yeah, those aren’t for every family.

Actually, I kind of like ham.  A little bit... too much and it gets sickening.

You should get a ham for Easter then. 

So should you.  Vegan ham.  I don't think I want to go there....
