I would get a giant Easter basket and would eat all the candy before the end of the day. Even then I had a cast iron stomach as a child.

Haha cute:) I never got much chocolate or candies for Easter. Just some little chocolate eggs and a chocolate bunny. One year my chocolate bunny had rice crispies cereal in it and I had a melt down.
We had a big family gathering for dinner, and an egg hunt. The egg hunt ended when we got so good at hiding them, that one wasn't found for 6 months. LOL
I came from a very poor family. They did manage to scrape enough to get a dozen eggs for us to color (which I hated doing). We used food coloring, not kits.
Jaimie, read franc's answer. I mean this has to be the most innocent lamb and the sweetest soul on earth. How did he survive this long with that kind of outlook. So cute.
My father always been at ease financially; and still today he gives us gifts for our birthdays and christmas. He would never buy gifts for easter, except for chocolate gifts. I liked receiving any kind of easter chocolate.
We didn’t usually get large gifts for Easter either. I think I must have been due for a bike that year, so I got it for Easter because of the time of year :) that’s why I still remember it though :)
