Self-disciplined. I'm not that at all.. would probably have made a lot more of myself if I was.

Oscar said about the same thing you did Sapphira. I think that's kinda remarkable considering all the other possibilities. It isn't the easiest thing in the world to be though. I wonder if it always requires purposeful awareness or if it can become automatic if you do it
