Have you seen the adverts about so called Cop cams?

    I didn't get to finish..WTF
    anyway they are little video cameras.
    I ordered two ...both don't work.
    People said they are just the distributers
    and would not help.
    Many emails and no reply
    Suggestions ?
    just eat the loss and forget about it?

    I thought it was a radar to warn you if they are coming.  LOL  I had a speeding cousin who had one of those.  It worked.

    I am sorry for your frustrating order.  I am someone who would rather do almost anything than hassle returning something like that.  Unless it was expensive. Then I won't stop until someone helps.  Do you have access to any service that  hassles businesses like this?    I'm sure there are services on line you could check out that may help you.  Hopefully it is better than this lame advice below. Sorry.  I didn't read it until I pasted it.  I'm sure there is better advice than this.

    What do you do when you feel you've been ripped off by a product?

    --Call it lost, and vow never to buy that brand/product again

    --Complain to the Better Business Bureau or other agencies

    --Exchange it for a new one, and try again

    --Return it to the store

    --Return it to the store, and raise a complaint about it

    --Warn your friends and family about the product

    --Write about it on your Web site or blog

    --Write to the manufacturer about it

    I don't know about those. I bought two blink cameras. One for the front porch and one for the driveway. So far, they're great. 

    I would keep bugging them until they did something about it!

    You most likely paid with a debit card or credit card report to them. They will get your money back. But do it soon there is a time limit.
