if you're employer is the one of the branches of the US military or it's part of a contractual agreement, probably.
Regardless of the situation, if you don't you can kiss your gig on "Dancing With The Stars" goodbye
NO. But if they fire you for not saying it you are going to have a hell of a time trying to fight it.
Hello Mr.
Sure he can - as long as it's on HIS time. If it's HIS time, he can pay you to recite Mein Kamph if he wants to. What he CAN'T do, is force you to pray.

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
"under God" seems like praying.
I would think anti-discrimination laws would call "Mein Kampf" into question. Then again, you see businesses owners as Gods.
People can do anything they want can't they. Is it legal? Probably. But not ethical because many are not nationals but helping or temporarily working in one fashion or another from another country.
I learned the Pledge prior to that underlined addition of yours back in the 50's. I have never added it nor will I ever. I feel it violates the 1st Amendment and my rights and someone of a non-Abrahamic faith.
The Pledge of Allegiance cannot be required in schools. Teachers cannot be required to lead in the Pledge.

Rarely if ever is private-sector employment conducive to a group recital of the Pledge, but if someone wished to sit it out and take the matter to the highest court, they would probably win.
Hello Mr.
