Are you CONDITIONAL person? If and only if such and such occurs will you do such and such? What kinda such?

Since on some level we are all conditional, it just depends.  Most of us go to work on the condition that we get paid and when the President decides we do not get paid, it is time to elect anyone else instead of him unconditionally.
